These terms govern your use of the Klooset website at klooset.app, including the interactive product demo. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Klooset is operated by Grégoire PETIT (EI), a sole trader registered in France. If your company wants to deploy the Klooset widget on its store, that is governed by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.

Klooset is an AI personal shopper that fashion retailers can embed on their product pages to offer virtual try-on, colour analysis, size recommendations and outfit suggestions. This website presents the product and lets you try an interactive demo.

You may use the site for lawful, personal or business-evaluation purposes. You agree not to:

• Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
• Scrape, copy or resell the site's content except as allowed by law
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful or infringing
• Use the site to build a competing product

The demo is provided for evaluation only. When you use it, you may upload photos; only upload photos of yourself or that you have the right to use. See our Privacy Policy for how photos are handled (they are not stored).

Try-on images, colour profiles and size recommendations are generated by AI. They are estimates for guidance, not guarantees. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for a purchase decision; actual fit, colour and appearance may differ.

The Klooset name, logo, website and underlying software are owned by Klooset and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use them beyond viewing the site as intended. Product names and brands shown in the demo are used for illustration and belong to their respective owners.

The site and demo are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, and we may change or withdraw features at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klooset and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or demo. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may update these terms as the product and website evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply where you live.
