Product questions

Every question gets
an answer from your catalogue.

Fabric, cut, care, what goes with what. Shoppers ask in their own words and Klooset answers from your product data, on the product page, without sending anyone to a help centre.

A product page cannot answer back.

A shopper with a question has three options: guess, dig through the FAQ, or leave. Most leave. Klooset turns that question into a conversation that ends on a piece, a size and a try-on.

How it works
  1. 01

    Import your catalogue

Import your product pages or upload a CSV. On a Shopify store, the import reads your product feed directly. The assistant answers from what is in it, nothing else.

  2. 02

    The shopper asks

An occasion, a doubt about the fabric, a budget. They write it the way they would say it to a sales assistant.

  3. 03

    Klooset answers and shows

The reply quotes real pieces with their real prices, and the shopper can try any of them on without leaving the thread.

What the shopper sees
  • A plain-language answer, not a list of links
  • Pieces from your catalogue, with their price
  • A clear answer when the information is not in your data
  • One tap from an answer to a try-on or a size
What you control
  • The catalogue it answers from: page import or CSV
  • The language it answers in: English or French
  • The button text and placement, in your brand
  • Pausing it at any time from the console
Questions
Where do the answers come from?

From the product data you import into Klooset: names, descriptions, prices, colours, sizes and materials. The assistant is instructed to stay inside that data.

What happens when the answer is not in my catalogue?

It says so. An invented answer about fabric or care would come back as a return, so the assistant is built to admit what it does not know.

Is the conversation stored?

No. Each reply is generated from the messages sent with the request, and nothing from the conversation is kept on our servers. The messages go to our AI provider only to write the reply.

Does it work on any catalogue?

It answers from the data you give it, so its answers are as good as your product descriptions. A piece described in one line gets a short answer, and a missing detail gets an honest "I don't have that".

Make every product page a personal shopping experience.

We're onboarding a small group of EU fashion retailers this quarter. If that's you, we'd love to show you the engine.
